TATA NANO REVIEWS MILEAGE PRICE SPECIFICATIONS FEATURES

Tata nano that comes up with the attitude of no other car in the world,thts “smaller,cheaper and lighter”.This is the cheapest car that has been certified for commercial use.It’s base model comes with an exciting price of just Rs.115,000(US$2,421).Tata has all set to instigate nano into Indian street by this july.Nano is cheaper than it’s main competitor maruti 800 by Rs.60,000.The main highlight of this tiny car other than it’s tinier price tag is it’s awesome mileage ,nano is very fuel efficient giving a mileage of 26km/l in highway rides and 22km/l in city. The manufacturing process will be in full fledged flow after the opening of it’s Sanand,Gujarat plant. In the coming years, Tata has proposals for eco friendly nano cars that uses compressed air as fuel and even an electric version of nano,E-nano.All hail Ratan Tata for such a splendid car that full fills the dream of middle class indian to rejoice the ride of their own car.

According to the initial booking statistics, it is observed tht around 88% have booked the CX and LX model ranging from Rs.151,000 to 172,000.only 12% have registered for the basic model of Rs.123,000.This shows that Indians stil prefer luxurious cars over cheaper ones.But stil ,there is no doubt that nano will create history in world automotive.

     There are some concerns over it’s safety features as it has rear engine.Since the engine is situated in the rear side,crushing of car form the front during accidents will be high.But since Tata has done it’s research for 5 long years,there may not be any such flaw from the technical side.But im sure that several problems will arise due to inexperienced driving through wrecked Indian roads during  extreme weather conditions.Tata will find solutions to such problems and bring about certain changes in it;s model in the coming year.

The intiative taken by Tata will bring about a healthy competition in the automotive field.Several other automobile companies will develop more cheaper and efficient car like the nano,thereby allowing  customers to choose between wide range of such cars.
